We have not played this mode. The description above is the developer's; every heading below is what we still have to go and check.
What the mode is
A free-for-all arena with pre-built kits. You pick a kit rather than gathering gear, which makes the mode about reading a fight instead of mining for one.
What a first round feels like
Kit modes are usually decided by the matchup rather than by mechanics: some kits counter others outright. The number a reader actually wants is not which kits exist but which ones trade well into the field.
What we will measure when we play it
The full kit list, what each kit starts with, whether kits are free or bought, the arena size, and how a kill is scored.
How busy it is
At 30 Oct 2026, 20:36 on client v3.46.231 the lobby listed 171,000 players in KitPvP, which made it number 8 of the eight modes that publish a count. That is a live figure read once, not an average, and it moves by the hour.
Where to read next
The measured page in the same family is Skywars, EggWars; all eighteen modes are on the mode table; the two finished matches are side by side on the comparison page.
The match brief above stays empty rather than guessed. The testing method explains why that is the rule here.
